Steve Tackes Invited as a Panelist at Northern Nevada Development Authority’s (NNDA) January Membership Breakfast Meeting

The NNDA presents “It’s Your Airport – Love it or Hate it?,” a behind-the-scenes look into the aviation industry, at its monthly membership breakfast meeting on Jan. 28 at 7 a.m. at the Gold Dust West in Carson City.  With moderator Mike Licciardello, economic development consultant, Licciardello Consulting, and presenter Jim Braswell, principal, JB Consulting, the members of the panel include Kay Bennett, airport manager, Silver Springs Airport; Freddi Comperchio, partner, Aries Consulting; Skip Polack, airport manager, Stead Airport and Steve Tackes, Kummer Kaempfer attorney who also represents the Carson City Airport.

Robert Crowell sworn-in as Mayor of Carson City

Native Nevadan and Kummer Kaempfer attorney Robert L. Crowell was sworn-in as the Mayor of Carson City on Monday, January 5 at the Carson City Community Center. 

Administered the oath of office by The Honorable James T. Russell, District Court Judge, Crowell was sworn-in to his four-year term with his wife, Susan, and youngest son, Todd, at his side.  Crowell will perform his mayoral duties while continuing as a senior partner at Kummer Kaempfer.
